The Stress Relieving Oven is Complete

We are running the oven through preliminary testing

Adding more capabilities for reduced delivery time

Earlier this year, we finished our “Gigantum“…a large centrifugal Babbitt casting machine. We now have the capability to cast must larger bearings. The housing for the bearings are too large for our current stress relieving oven. At the moment, we are sending out our big housing for stress relieving and heat treating. This puts us at the mercy of our vendors. They can’t always meet the scheduling demands that we require so we have made it a priority to remedy this situation.

Larger Capacity

TRI Transmission & Bearing Corp. has completed the design and installation of a new centrifugal Babbitt caster. This new addition will allow TRI to produce larger bearings.
